The Kennel Kit
has two parts:
Concrete
Remedy Deep Seal and Concrete
Remedy Top Seal
Use both for maximum low maintenance and most cost beneficial
kennel floors and runs. This is always the best choice
for outside runs and areas.
Neither Deep Seal nor Top Seal changes
either the texture, traction, or appearance of the concrete.
In fact, after you apply Deep Seal and Top Seal you will
not be able to see any difference in appearance of the
concrete from how it looked before you applied the products--except
when liquid gets on it you'll immediately see a huge difference!

Deep Seal stabilizes the concrete, densifies it and
prevents the reaction of moisture and alkali within the
concrete.
Top Seal
is a penetrating sealant that doesn’t make your
floor slick and is guaranteed to NEVER peel. Top Seal
will not make the concrete, or any substrate, slicker
than it was before application. Thus, Top Seal results
in a much safer floor than surface coatings or
paint.
If you want to change the color and look of your concrete
kennel floors by applying a paint, epoxy or any surface
sealer or floor covering, then just use the Concrete Remedy
Deep Seal alone. Do NOT apply Top Seal to a floor that
you later intend to paint or coat--as surface coatings
will not stick to Top Seal.
It extends the life of your cosmetic floor
coating or covering by eliminating the main cause of peeling
or delaminating floor coverings and coatings--which is
the reaction of moisture and alkali within the concrete.
